Catering Manager

We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Supervisor to run and manage a busy Primary Academy catering facility. Main duties include preparation, presentation and service of food to students and staff, together with ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness is maintained at all times. We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a large kitchen and ideally preparing buffets. The ideal candidate must have good organisational skills, be flexible, innovative, assertive and be able to work on their own for part of the day.

Ideally candidates should possess a Level 2 Food & Hygiene, must be able to drive and have basic computer skills.
